Organising your project management information
We understand there is a heap of information being produced about your asset. This information data includes programme, cost, design, 3D model, quality, and contract data to name a few information types. Our style of working ensures this information is captured in a common structure. This enables us to create reports that link information together.
This example shows a construction site with the bridge asset including temporary works in the context of the project. We've used a software stack of Blender, Speckle, Microsoft Excel and Project Online to link all the important project information together to help manage a job like this in a more efficient and transparent way.
Real time reporting
There's a lot of moving parts when a project is in full swing. Imagine being on top of your budget, programme and progress as it's happening, rather than coming to grips with it in the wash up, or scrambling each month to pull data together.
We help our clients to build 'set and forget' reports that refresh when new or updated data is available. This can help in making quick, informed decisions. We build interactive visual dashboards and you have the ability to start clicking meaning you can drill up or down depending on how much detail you want to see.
