Our team
We are a Pasifika co-owned business with Samoan, Māori, Pākehā, Irish and Bangladeshi staff. Over half our team are female (yeah the girls!) and we range in age from 20-somethings to spritely 40-somethings. We’re a pretty diverse bunch who love to have fun, but work really bloody hard.
Our story
In 2018 David and Tessa decided to take a leap of faith and start Hoffcon. They both brought years of experience and knowledge of the construction industry to the table, but the real secret sauce was the desire to make technology the core. Today we're a consultancy of 14 and growing.
Our vision and values
To be known and utilised by the construction industry as a specialised, homegrown, purpose-driven consultancy, with the skill and know-how to transform the way projects are delivered. We want to change the way construction is done in Aotearoa.
